 *   Tyku Black Junmai Ginjo with our Fish & Chips (Our twist on beer battered fish & chips)
 *   Tyku Silver with the Buddha's Feast (Tender marinated sliced chicken breast wok'd with asparagus, green beans, mushrooms, and red onions with a hint of Thai basil.
 *   Shichihon Yari "the Seven Samurai" with the Szechwan Lamb (New Zealand Lamb Chops W/Szechwan BBQ Glaze served with potato wontons and fresh asparagus)   
 *   Dekkeikan Nigori with the Heavenly Cloud Cake (Heavenly Cloud Cake is just that, made from scratch heavenly angel food cake served with roasted macademia nuts, fresh fruit and sweet coconut and mango sauces )
