Black Butte XXVIII
Every year, Deschutes celebrates their anniversary with an Imperial, barrel-aged birthday version of their flagship Black Butte Porter. Each year is different, and this year they added cocoa, vanilla beans and sweet orange peel, in addition to 50% being barrel-aged in bourbon and scotch barrels. A most decadent and delicious way to celebrate any occasion.
Left Hand Nitro Stout
Left Hand Brewing is back in Alaska! This popular Colorado brewery has really nailed the nitro milk stout. They recommend pouring it hard out of the bottle to create a nice, thick head. Aromas of vanilla and brown sugar precede a ridiculously smooth stout with flavors of coffee and chocolate, and just a hint of bitterness on the finish.
Ninkasi N10 Anniversary Ale
Happy Birthday Ninkasi! The Eugene, Oregon brewery is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special Imperial Blended Ale, which combines five of their "heavy-hitters" into one celebratory bottle. 50% Imperial Stout, 10% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, 12.5% Total Domination IPA, 12.5% Maiden the Shade IPA, and 15% Critical Hit Barleywine. Cheers!
Stone Farking Wheaton W00t Stout
Stone's collaborative release has been a favorite since its inception in 2013. Drew Curtis, Wil Wheaton and Greg Koch worked together to brew this fantastical barrel-aged stout. Pecans, wheat, flaked rye and bourbon-soaked barrels give this bodacious stout some delicious complexity. Perfect for cellaring...if you have the patience.
Stone Mocha IPA
A style-bending beer from the mad scientist brewers at Stone. Its not a stout/ipa fusion, its all IPA. Full of cocoa and coffee flavors and aroma up front and finishing with a big bold citrusy bitterness. This is one of the most unique IPAs in recent memory.
Avery Perzik Saison
Saison's were traditally brewed for the summer seasons, but this saison is anything but traditional. It is dry, crisp, spicy and refreshing, as a saison should be. However, the Perzik saison is brewed with fresh peaches, giving it a dose of light, juicy delicousness.

Goose Island Matilda
According to legend, a grateful Countess Matilda founded a monastery where, over centuries, monks have been brewing ale unique in character. This complex Belgian Style Pale Ale is fermented with the wild yeast Brettanomyces. Matilda pours a golden sunrise color with dried fruit and clove aromas, a spicy yeast flavor, and a satisfying dry finish.
Goose Island Sofie
This sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale is wine barrel-aged with an abundance of hand-zested orange peel. Spicy white pepper notes contrast the citrus tartness. The light, refreshing, creamy vanilla finish will excite those fond of Champagne.

Maharaja is derived from the sanskrit words mahat, meaning “great,” and rajan, meaning “king.” This imperial IPA does a good job of embodying the strength and intensity of its name. Tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted body, this dark amber brew should not be taken lightly.
Seven Kingdoms by Ommegang
The latest of Ommegang’s Game of Thrones beers boasts a marriage of Belgian-style wit and hop-driven American ales. Wheat and oats provide a silky, fluffy mouthfeel with playful yeast notes of ripe fruit and spicy phenols, while the floral, herbal hop aroma rests atop a thick cap of pure white foam. Limit 2 per customer.

Salted Caramel Porter by Cascade LakesThis limited release of Cascade Lakes’ seasonal Vault Series is a lightly roasted, mahogany colored, medium-bodied malt that is approximately as smooth as a Marvin Gaye song. A sweet, salted-caramel flavor with toasty notes of chocolate and coffee finish smooth with just a pinch of salt.
La Vielle Ferme Rouge & Blanc Box
This blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault has an aroma of black cherry, plum and a little lavender along with nice touches of dried herbs, spice and even a hint of an earthy note. This is a well-rounded, medium-bodied wine filled with juicy fruit, good acidity and spice notes from the nose. There’s absolutely nothing not to like here and, in fact, a whole lot to love.
This is a crisp, dry white with aromas of white peach, white flower, hazelnut and melon. A bracing floral/herbal character is pronounced on the palate. It has good acidity for structure. It’s a blend of Grenache, Ugni Blanc and Vermentino. Renowned for its exceptional value for money, La Vieille Ferme Blanc is a wonderful “enjoyment” wine, now in a box!
Galicia is a region of Spain nestled in the northwest corner, with four seasons and plenty of Atlantic Ocean coastline. Maeloc Ciders proudly brew their cider with 100% Galician apples, utilizing apples from over 1,000 local farmers. They brew the "traditional" way, with no added sugar or fruit concentrate.
Schilling crafts their cider from 100% fresh-pressed Washington apples, with no added sugar. The Mischief Maker adds California pomegranate and Washington cranberry to the mix, while The Ascender adds a bold ginger bite to the PNW apples. The Lumberjack has a subtle layer of tart rhubarb. These cans are perfect for camping, hiking or porch-sitting.
Ginger Ninja by 2 Towns
Pours a clear yellow with a green apple, ginger aroma. The ginger on the palate has a nice sweetness that pairs well with the tart green apple notes. Crisp, balanced and delicious.
OutCider by 2 Towns
Substantial carbonation, introducing a pretty, foaming head before settling down to a slightly cloudy, light gold cider. Fresh apple aromas with a hint of peach and lemon. On the palate the sweet apple flavors dominate with a tannic structure that delivers a medium long finish. Available in cans.
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Barrel Proof 131.9
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Barrel Proof goes straight from barrel to bottle to you. That means the proof on the label is the proof Mother Nature gave it. And since each barrel is left to her whims, a given bottle can be anywhere from 125 to 140 proof. Best served on the rocks.
Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye
Crafted using a unique 70 percent rye, 18 percent corn and 12 percent malted barley grain bill giving the whiskey a clean, sweet tone at the tip of the tongue with a more distinct and slightly shorter finish than other Single Barrel offerings. From there, the liquid enters a charred White American Oak barrels.
Koloa Kaua’i Coffee Rum
A fantastic addition to Koloa’s already premium line of rums, this Coffee Rum blends locally grown and dark-roasted Kauai Coffee Company Coffee with Koloa White Rum and pure Hawaiian cane sugar. It’s rich with bold notes of coffee and cocoa.
New to the shop is Pasote Tequilas. Named for the fierce spirit of Aztec warriors and their uncompromising commitment, Pasote includes Blanco, Reposado and Anejo tequilas. Each is made from ripe blue agave that is evenly baked and then carefully distilled with pure rainwater and natural spring water in copper pot stills. Pasote’s master tequilero grows blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands in Mexico and uses traditional production techniques to make the notably pure and distinctly herbal Pasote tequilas.
