Choya Umeshu is a traditional Japanese liqueur made from ume fruit. It has a yummy nose with lots of plum essences, with a sweetness and acidity that allows all of that plum flavor to roll on the tongue and dance in the palate.

A perfect balance between ume extract and alcohol is achieved by aging it with the whole fruit, with the stone still inside! Caution! Pits are in the tiny plums!
