I should start this by saying - I LOVE THIS WINE! It is a bottle of sunshine!

This family-run estate lies in the tiny hamlet of Saint Marcel d’Ardeche. Parcels are terraced at Couron, with one higher in elevation than the next. They are descendants of nine generations of wine growers, and they use sustainable farming techniques.

Honeyed apricot and pear aromas that are sweetly floral with subtle hints of cinnamon. Good structure and acid balance play against the fruity flavor profile in this soft and dry white, which brings back summer in just one sip.

Seriously, it is so good.
