Pétillant Naturel is a method of producing sparkling wine, where the carbonation occurs from bottling the wine during the primary, alcoholic fermentation. This sparkling rosé was made from certified Biodynamic Pinot Noir grapes.

Just prior to bottling, one beautiful barrel of red Pinot Noir was blended back into the wine to achieve rosé color palette. The wine was bottled at the tail end of its primary fermentation, where it then finished fermentation in bottle. This wine is unfiltered and contains lees – pour off slowly or invert to evenly distribute.
