This awesome one cup sake is produced by Marumoto brewery in Okayama. They are known for taking a creative approach to brewing, from pioneering the science of sparkling sake, to growing their own sake rice right outside of the brewery. This sake is very flavorful, it would be easy to confuse it for a Ginjo. Incredibly potable, and portable!
