Take it to "go"! Did you know that in Japan that they call 180ML of saké a "one go." An adorable and great name for the original canned to-go libation.
The one cup was popularized in Japan in 1964. One-cups were launched at the Tokyo Olympics by Ozeki and have stuck around since!
This saké has aromas of Asian pear, red apple, pineapple, cracked peppercorn, and ginger. The body is light, supple, and bright, with a tingling, brisk banana chips and pastry finish.
