This family owned, organically farmed estate in southern Veneto grows a rare varietal known as Fior d'Arancio (orange blossom) that they blend in with the traditional Glera. The Fior d'Arancio adds wonderful spice and citrus aromatics not found in other Proseccos. An immaculate, mineral-laden Prosecco that is a torch-bearer of quality and expressiveness in a landscape of bubbly 'sameness'.
