Umiki Whisky Pine Barrel Finish

Umiki, two words Umi meaning, "Ocean" and Ki meaning, "Tree." Ocean distilled Japanese malt whiskies and imported grain whiskies are blended together and aged in Japanese Pine Barrels and then cut with
desalinated ocean water. The nose is a sea breeze with floral notes on the palate and a soothing fresh finish.
