WIldCraft Cider Works Wild Plum Mirabelle

Mirabelle plums are full of flavor and these were biodynamically grown in Oregon's Lorane valley.
They were fermented whole, pressed, and aged to make a full-bodied wine. This cider is a blend of Jonathan and Gravenstein apples and that plum wine.
